An important delegation of the French Alliance for Cities and Territorial Development (Partenariat Français pour la Ville et les Territoires - PFVT, in French) will represent France at the 9th Session of the World Urban Forum (WUF9). Convened by UN-Habitat since 2002, WUF is the world's premier conference on cities. Held every two years, the WUF gathers all public, private and non-governmental actors working in the field of sustainable urban development. The 9th session will take place in the Malaysian capital Kuala Lumpur from 7 to 13 February 2018 and is expected to host 25,000 people from 164 countries.
