Expertise France's Code of Conduct & Ethical Charter
Expertise France condemns corruption in all its forms and ensures that its employees are involved in respecting this. Our common goal is to embed an organizational culture with zero tolerance for corruption in all its forms. The Code of Conduct outlines the rules to be observed to ensure good conduct in activities carried out by Expertise France representatives. The Code decrees the behavior expected from Expertise France employees to prevent corruption, influence peddling, fraud and money laundering, in particular. It is implemented in relations with third parties, in particular with counterparts and stakeholders involved in funded projects, suppliers and Expertise France partners

In 2022, Expertise France joined the AFD Group, which on this occasion adopted a common ethical charter to strengthen the Group's identity, unity and performance, to facilitate the professional life of its employees, and to protect everyone from the risk of damage to their reputation.

“Whistleblowing” Mechanism
In accordance with Law n° 2016-1691 of 9 December 2016 on transparency, the fight against corruption and the modernisation of the economy (“Sapin 2” Law), which creates a general legal framework for whistleblowing and establishes protection for the whistleblower, Expertise France has set up a secured and confidential alert process.

The functionalities of the website www.expertisefrance.fr and the recruitment and management tool for the pool of experts expertise-france.gestmax.fr involve processing the personal data of users. Expertise France undertakes to ensure that this processing complies with the legal framework of the regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
