Lemma is a 3-year project developed in the context of the Mobility Partnership between Tunisia, the European Union, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Sweden and the UK. A look back at the progress and priorities of the project!

After 2 years and a few months of implementation and 664 days of expertise deployed, the results are materialising. However, much still needs to be done to achieve the objectives, and to do so, it is important to continue to move forward together:

 • On labour migration, the common objective is to ensure circular migration by activating and securing legal immigration channels.

 • On the mobilisation of the diaspora, Lemma is assisting in the preparation of a concrete action plan in line with the orientations of the national migration strategy.

 • On the reintegration of returning Tunisians, Lemma commends the enormous amount of work accomplished with its Tunisian partners, in particular on the basis of the roadmap – the future public policy.

Expertise France is keeping in mind the continuity of the implementation of operational and concrete activities, the mobilisation of expertise, the strengthening of our partnerships and, finally, the capitalisation on the activities implemented which will reinforce the work conducted by the Tunisian authorities based on the national migration strategy.
